The Darkness Within

Ongoing Series :: MDF, Balsa Wood, Musou Black Paint. The Darkness Within explores self-sabotage and the silent repetition of negative self-talk. Each piece features floating phrases, carved in balsa wood, over a surface coated with Musou Black—a paint that absorbs nearly all light. The words only become visible up close, referencing the level of awareness required to recognize and shift these internal patterns.
